1. Purpose
CoconutERP and CoconutCRM are enterprise business platforms developed for organizations to manage operations, customer relationships, communication workflows, analytics, and internal business processes. The platforms are intended only for authorized employees, teams, and contractors approved by the subscribing organization.
2. Authorized Use
- Access is provisioned and controlled by the subscribing organization
- No unauthorized public or external usage is permitted
- Users must comply with organizational security and operational policies
- Access may be revoked at any time by authorized administrators
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts. Users must use the platforms only for authorized business purposes.
4. Email & Third-Party Integrations
Email integrations and third-party services using OAuth authentication are optional and require explicit user consent. Access is limited to approved business scopes and may be revoked by users or administrators at any time.
5. Data Ownership
All business data within CoconutERP and CoconutCRM, including customer information, communications, operational records, analytics, documents, and workflows, remains the exclusive property of the subscribing organization.
6. Intellectual Property
CoconutERP and CoconutCRM are proprietary platforms developed, owned, and operated by RARR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
7. Platform Availability
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain uninterrupted platform access. However, the platforms may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, security updates, or technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the subscribing organization nor RARR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the use of CoconutERP or CoconutCRM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over RARR Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the use of the platforms.
